Chicken Tikka Masala


The dinner my husband made today was Jamie Oliver’s Chicken Tikka Masala.  It’s quite different from what I think of “Chicken Tikka Masala” but it’s quite tasty.  We thought it was a little too sour so less yoghurt would probably be better, maybe we can use coconut milk instead of yoghurt to add more creaminess.  We also thought we need more spices and chillis – this one is extremely mild.





I didn’t have a chance to blog but the dinner my husband cooked last weekend was chicken stuffed with mozzarella and wrapped with parma ham cooked in the oven – with mashed potato and some green beans.
