Cottage Pie


Today’s dinner was Cottage Pie on my husband’s request.  Instead of mashed potato, I used a mixture of mashed potato and mashed Japanese pumpkin (kabocha), added some shredded mozzarella cheese and a little bread crumb before putting it in the oven.


The table cloth is what we bought in Sri Lanka – it’s too small to use it on its own so I use it on top of a large black table cloth. I like it very much.
