Pork chops with prosciutto, apple and Stilton

今日夫が作ってくれた夕食は、Jamie Oliver の Pork Chops with Prosciutto, apple and Stilton (ポークチョップの生ハム包み、りんごとスティルトンチーズ詰め)。ポークチョップにスティルトン(イギリスのブルーチーズ)とりんごをのせて生ハムで巻き、外側だけ焼いてオーブンで火を通したもの。付け合せは日本のサツマイモをマッシュしたものとブロッコリー。

The dinner my husband cooked tonight was Jamie Oliver’s “Pork Chop with Prosciutto, apple and Stilton”.  You put Stilton and apple on pork chops, wrap them with Prosciutto, sear outside then cook it in the oven.  He served it with broccoli and mashed Japanese sweet potato.


The rosemary stuck in the pork is so Jamie Oliver.








It was very nice.  The apple was almost raw and crunchy, I guess if you use English cooking apple it would have been softer, or maybe it needs to be sliced very thinly.  It was very nice anyway.
