Dinners Last Week (2)


On Monday, it was Italian.  Just very simple starters and Minestrone Soup.  Bruschetta with tomato & basil, Caprese type salad and Ham & Melon to start with, then we had Minestrone soup with some farro.



On Tuesday, I made a vegetable curry.  The vegetables I used was onion, carrot, potato, sweet potato & pumpkin.
