今日の夕食は、イタリア語でパスタと豆（Pasta e Fagioli)と呼ばれるスープでした。日本人的にはスープですが、豆やパスタが入っていいて水分はほとんどないような状態のもの。An Invitation to Italian Cooking by Antonio Carluccio（Antonio Carluccio） という料理本から。缶詰のトマトを入れてからしっかり炒めるせいか、普段作っているミネステローネに比べて酸味が少ないように思います。

Today’s dinner was “Pasta e Fagiole” (Pasta & Beans) from ” An Invitation to Italian Cooking by Antonio Carluccio “（Antonio Carluccio).  I guess it’s because you sort of sautee the tin tomato for quite a while, it doesn’t seem to have that acidity you often get when you use tin tomatoes.
