Glencoe – some of the most beautiful scenery in the UK

It was raining on and off on the day we drove from the Lake District to Fort William in Scotland, and most photos were taken from the car so they don’t show the true beauty, but I still want to upload them so you can have a feeling what sort of places we saw.

Everywhere, we saw rhododendron and azelea.  We also saw a lot of bluebells in some parts in Scotland as I guess spring came later there.

The Lake District and the area near there looks like this.

This is probably the beginning of Glencoe, where Harry Potter was filmed.  We drove here about 20 years ago and I remember how beautiful it was so I was looking forward to being back.

If you are visiting Scotland, I highly recommend you to drive here.
