今日は、数ヶ月前に一度中国茶を淹れてくださったお友達にお願いして、共通のお友達と一緒に中国茶を楽しみました。お２人が持ってきてくださったお茶菓子や豆乳タルト（写真、撮るの忘れてます 涙）をいただきながら、６種類もの中国茶を色々淹れてくださいました。テーブルは今日もシンプルです。お茶会のテーブルはどうすれば良いのかよくわからず。。。そして、焦ってちゃちゃっと撮ったら写真もなんだかな〜な写真でした。これでは、あまり雰囲気も伝わらないですね。
We had a tea gathering again. A few months ago, a friend of mine gave me and our mutual friend a tea tasting session and it was fun and gave me an opportunity to use all the Chinese tea things I had collected, so she kindly gave me and another mutual friend a tea tasting session today. They also brought some sweets to have with tea. I don’t know how you are supposed to set the table for Chinese tea so it’s again very simple. Somehow the photos came out terrible, they don’t really show what the table looked like…
いただいた中国茶は、中国緑茶の碧螺春（ヘキラシュン）。
She made 6 different Chinese Teas. This is the 1st tea – from Mainland China called “BiLuo Chun “. It’s a new season’s green tea.
台湾の凍頂烏龍（トウチョウウーロン）。
Then Taiwanese Oolong Tea, Dong Ding.
やはり台湾の文山包種（ブンザンホウシュ）。
Also Taiwanese Oolong tea, Paochong.
紅玉紅茶。
Chinese black tea.
台湾の遊山茶訪の凍頂烏龍茶。最初にいただいた凍頂烏龍茶より焙煎が強めでした。
Taiwanese Dong Ding Oolong tea from Yoshan Tea. More roasted than the first Oolong tea.
最後に、香港のお土産でいただいたというジャスミン茶もいただきました。
There is no photo but we also had Jasmine tea.
