Cold Chinese Noodle (Japanese Style)


I made Hiyashi Chuka (Cold Chinese Noodles in a Japanese way) for lunch today.  My husband makes lunch on Sundays and he tends to do one or the other – scrambled egg with onion on toast or sausages and beans – but now and again I would suggest something else like today.  I forgot to buy ham but it was still good.


First time for my husband to eat this.  I wondered if he would not like it because he doesn’t like cold pasta very much but he seemed to like this.
