Today’s dinner was Tonkatsu – my husband’s request.  Some had Shiso leaves in between 2 thinly sliced pork fillet, others are usual fillet Tonkatsu.  The other dishes are a Salad of Nagaimo & Cucumber and a Salad of Tomato & Avocado.








Every time I cook Japanese (which isn’t very often), I always regret I didn’t buy more Japanese dishes when we lived in Japan.  So boring to use the same old dishes…
