今日夫が作ってくれた夕食は、Antonio Carluccio さんの 「Pasta with Sausage & Tomato Sauce」でした。イタリアンソーセージをケーシングから取り出したものの他に玉ねぎ、にんにく、ドライポルチーニ、白ワイン、缶トマトが入ったソースを貝の形のパスタに絡めたものでした。ドライのポルチーニが旨味を加えてくれるようです。とても美味しかったです。

Today’s dinner my husband cooked was Antonio Carluccio’s “Pasta with Sausage & Tomato Sauce”.  It has Italian sausage, onion, garlic, dried porcini, white wine and tin tomatoes.  The dried porcini seems to give depth to the flaovur and it was very good.
