Chicken Breast In Port Wine



Today’s dinner was Chicken Breast In Port Wine.  In the sauce, there is a lot of onion and mushroom as well as port.  There was only a little left in the bottle of ordinary port, so I ended up using a vintage one.


The chicken breast was very large so I kept some behind and froze it, even though I often forget it or don’t have a chance to use it for months and end up throwing away.  The side vegetables are carrots and broccoli.
