昨日夫が作ってれた夕食は、ブログに度々登場している「スペイン風ポークの煮込み」でした。Delia Smith の昔のレシピ。タマネギやパプリカやオリーブと一緒に缶詰のトマトで煮込んだポークの煮込み。我が家では大抵ご飯と一緒にいただきます、ポークがすっかり柔らかく煮込まれていてとっても美味しかったです。

Yesterday’s dinner my husband cooked was Delia Smith’s old recipe, Spanish Pork.  Pork is slowly cooked with onion, peppers, olives and tinned tomatoes.  It was very tender and delicious.  It goes so well with rice, too.
