ジャイプールの Rambagh Palace のインド料理のレストランがとても豪華で素敵だったので、宿泊１日目のディナーはホテルでいただきました。とても暗かったせいか（もしかするとカメラの設定を間違っていたのかもしれません）色が不思議な色になっていますが。。。

As the Indian restaurant at Rambagh Palace Hotel in Jaipur was so beautiful we had to have dinner there on our first day.  I don’t know if it was so dark or maybe I set my camera setting wrongly, the colours are very off.

 

 

 

 

 

 

サービスのアミューズはクレープのようなものに何かお野菜類が巻かれていたと思いますが、美味しかったです。

The complimentary amuse was something like crepe with some vegetable filling, it was unusual and very nice.

前菜は、チキンをマリネしてタンドーリで焼いたものをオーダー。味はとても美味しかったですが、かなり塩辛かったのでご飯がほしかったです。

For starter, we ordered marinaded chicken cooked in the Tandoor.  It tasted very good but very salty for me, I would have liked some rice to go with it.

カレーは３種類オーダー、ですが、なんだったのかは覚えていません（笑）、美味しくいただきました。

Then we had 3 curries – but I cannot remember what they were, we did enjoy them.
