Vegetable Curry



Today’s dinner was vegetable curry.  I make it in a similar way to Indian style but add Japanese curry Roux at the end so it’s sort of in between.  I used the garam masala and chicken masala we bought in India – both freshly ground in a spice shop where we bought them – so I thought it was more fragrant.  I was worried about making it too spicy so I didn’t use a lot of chicken masala – next time I should add more as it could have been more spicy.  I used only about 1 teaspoon but next time I’ll use 2.
