今月２度目の Carpo でのお花のレッスンは、小さなブーケ。写真よりくすんだ色合いのオレンジの薔薇とちょっと変わった感じのこれもくすんだピンクのスプレー薔薇、憧れの（笑）ヤマゴボウ、鶏頭の１種、ユーカリ。大きなオレンジのバラ５本の位置が難しく、なかなか思うようにいきませんでしたが、最終的には素敵な花束になりました。ヤマゴボウは、初めて使いました。フラワーマーケットにもあまりたくさん入ってこないので、お花屋さんで取り合いのようになるそうです。通りで、ゆっくりした時間に行ってもなかなか欲しいお花がないはず。

同じ写真ばかり、と思われそうですが、どこから撮っても我が子は可愛い（笑）。

My 2nd lesson at Carpo this month – a small bouquet this time.  The colours are more “dusty” than they look in the photos.  I’ve been wanting for some time to use these Ink Berries, which have been very popular recently.  Apparently they don’t bring a large amount of them into Singapore so everyone (who has a flower business) wants them and they fight over them.  No wonder why I don’t find many flowers/berries I love when I go to the flower market in the afternoon, all the good ones are bought early in the morning.

You may think “why so many same photos?” but it looks from different angle and I love them all!

先生、産休に入られるので、次回のレッスンはしばらく先になります。またしばらく蘭ばかりかしら。寂しい〜。暑いし寒い（お店の中）し、行っても欲しいお花があまりなかったりするので、なかなか自分でお花を買いに行けない怠惰なわたくし。。。

The flower teacher is having a baby soon so there won’t be a lesson for a little while, I’ll miss my flowers.  I’m too lazy to go all the way to the flower market in this heat, especially because most flowers I would love to use will be gone early.
