Courgettes and Tomatoes au Gratin

今日夫が作ってくれた夕食は、Delia Smith の「Courgettes and Tomatoes au Gratin」。要するに、トマトとズッキーニとモッツァレラチーズを重ねて焼いたもので、イギリスのベジタリアンの方たちがよく作るイメージです。お肉料理のサイドディッシュに良いと思いますが、今日はこれがメイン。体に良さそうな食事でした。

Tonight’s dinner my husband cooked was Delia Smith’s “Courgettes and Tomatoes au Gratin”.  I have a feeling a lot of vegetarians in England cook this type of meal.  I think it’s a great side dish for some simply cooked beef or pork, but this was the main dish today, very healthy.
