Pork Chops with a Confit of Prunes, Apples and Shallots

毎月書いていますが、今日から9月。今年もあと3分の1を残すだけになりました。いつも後半はさらに早く時間が過ぎる気がしますが、今年はメインの旅行が10月なのでいつも以上に時間が早く過ぎそうです。

I know I write it every month but another month has gone by and we are into September already, only 1/3 is left now this year.  I think the 2nd half goes faster but it’ll probably go faster for us because our main holiday is in October this year.

今日夫が作ってくれた夕食は、Delia Smith の「Pork Chops with a Confit of Prunes, Apples and Shallots」(ポークチョップ、プルーン、りんご、エシャロットのコンフィ添え)でした。プリーンとリンゴと豚肉は黄金の組み合わせ。

Tonight’s dinner my husband cooked was Delia Smith’s “Pork Chop with a Confit of Prunes, Apples and Shallots“.  You cannot beat the combination of pork with prunes and apples.

美味しかったです!
