昨日の夕食をアップするのを忘れていましたが、昨日夫が作ってくれたのはイタリアンソーセージのパスタでした。玉ねぎを炒めてイタリアンソーセージ（生タイプ）を加えて、トマトのパッサータを加え、ローズマリーのみじん切りを加えたもの。パスタは、ネジみたいになったパスタ。とても美味しかったです。結構頻繁に作ってくれるパスタですが昨日は特に美味しかった気がします。缶詰のトマトではなくパッサータを使ったからかも。

I forgot to blog last night’s dinner.  My husband cooked Pasta with Italian Sausage & Tomato Sauce.  Other than some onion as well as Italians sausage and Passata, it also has a little chopped rosemary.  My husband cooks this relatively often, but we thought it was specially delicious.  We wonder if it’s because he used a jar of Passata rather than tin tomato.
