In Fukuoka

Carrot Soup And Goat Cheese Salad – and off to Japan
今日の夕食は、スープとサラダでした。スープは、クミンやカレー粉、コリアンダーを入れた人参スープ。サラダは、ゴートチーズにパン粉をつけて揚げ焼きにしたものと日本のりんごのサラ、サラダドレッシングには、ざくろのシロップをお酢の代わりに使いました。 Today’s dinner was Soup & Salad. Hamburg In Ratatouille Sauce
今日の夕食は、かなり久しぶりに煮込みハンバーグでした。ラタトゥユっぽいお野菜いっぱいのソースで少し煮込んでいます。ミンチ肉は避けた方が良いと言われますがチリコンカーニははずせないので、ハンバーグやラグーソースのパスタの登場がすっかり減りました。 Today’s dinner was Hamburg (in Ratatouille sauce). The sauce has a lot of vegetables. As it’s said that you should avoid mince meat and my husband loves Chilli Con Carne, I have’t cooked Hamburg or Pasta with Ragu very often. ソースには、玉ねぎ、赤と黄色のパプリカ、ズッキーニ、ナス、缶トマトが入っています。ハンバーグの中には玉ねぎ、人参、セロリをたっぷり炒めてピューレ状にしたものが入っているので柔らかく仕上がっています。今日は牛ミンチ７０％、豚ミンチ３０％のくらいの割合にしています。ハンバーグの生地にオールスパイスやナツメグなどのスパイスを加えるのですが、ちょっと入れすぎました（涙）。 In the sauce I used onion, red & yellow pepper, zuccini, aubergine &…
