Chicken With Horseradish & Cream Sauce

今日の夕食は、チキンの胸肉をポーチしたものにホースラディッシュ(西洋ワサビ)やディジョンマスタードなどとクリームを混ぜたソース。付け合わせは、マッシュポテト、人参、芽キャベツ。レシピについては、簡単にこちらに書いています。柔らかいチキンと少し酸味のあるクリームソースとマッシュポテトの相性が良く、美味しいです。

Today’s dinner was Chicken breast with horseradish & cream sauce from Australian Women’s Weekly. One thing I do differently from the recipe is to poach the chicken. It’s served with cream sauce with horseradish, dijon mustard etc. I wrote about the recipe here before. The combination of softly poached chicken, cream sauce with a little acidity and mashed potato is so good.
