Cheese Fondue


Today’s dinner was Cheese Fondue, my husband’s favourite dinner.  The cheese fondue kit we bought was different from those we used to buy in Hong Kong or Singapore but it seemed more alcoholic (but not too much) and we quite liked it.  We also had potato, carrot, Parma Ham, salami, cornichon, salad as always.  I used an apple in the salad as it goes well with cheese.




It was very cold in the first few days in our house but now with the central heating on it’s quite warm and the tulips on the table opened up very quickly.  When the tulips are totally open, they look like different flowers.
