Peach Marinaded With Earl Grey Tea



I forgot to blog this but I tried peach marinaded with Earl Grey Tea and sugar the other day as a part of the dessert as these have been very popular in Japan in the last couple of years or so.  I didn’t find Earl Grey very effective, maybe we need Japanese peaches, which are very fragrant and sweet, or I didn’t add enough sugar.  I’ll give it a try one more time sometime soon.
