今日の夕食は、ハム、サラミ、チーズ、サラダなど冷たいものをつまみました。以前、こういう食事の時は「おうちピクニック」と呼んでいて、イギリスに来てからは「プラウマンズ」と呼んでいますが、プラウマンズは本来チーズとパン、そこにハムやソーセージロールなどとピクルスがついたり、パブによっては少しサラダもついたり、というもので、もう少し軽い食事のイメージ。なので、「おうちピクニック」にします（笑）。

ピンク・シャンパンのハーフボトルといただきました。

Today’s dinner was “Picnic” at home.  We used to call this type of a meal Picnic At Home, but since we moved to England we started calling it Ploughman’s – but Ploughman’s is usually more simple and lighter so we are calling it Picnic again.  We had it with a half bottle of pink Champagne.

夫は、スモークサーモンも。

My husband had some smoked salmon as well.

生ハム１種類、サラミ４種類、ダックリバーパテ。りんご、きゅうり、ゆで卵、ゴートチーズを詰めた小さなチリ、オリーブ、ブランストンピクルス、チーズ３種類（ブリー、ゴートチーズ、ブルーシュロプシャー）。

1 kind of cured ham, 4 kinds of salamis, duck liver pate, apple, cucumber, boiled eggs, small pickeld chills with goat cheese filling, olives, Branston pickles, 3 kinds of cheese (Brie, some goat cheese and Blue Shropshire).

少しだけサラダも。
