必要なものがったので今日の午後 Waitrose まで行ったときに、花束を買いました。あまり好みのお花はなかったのですが、たまには薔薇も良いかな。パープルがかった濃い赤と濃いピンクがダイニングの椅子の生地と合いそうだったので選びました。バラして葉っぱの処理をしてまとめ直して飾っています。グリーンは最近の流行りらしい、ぺんぺん草（なずな）。シンガポールの花束のレッスンでも時々使いました。昔はただの雑草でしたよね。

I needed to get something from Waitrose so we went there this afternoon and I also bought a bouquet of flowers.  I couldn’t find any that I really loved but this one looked quite nice with purplish red and dark strong pink stocks, which I thought would go well with the fabric of the dining chairs.  I untied it, got rid of most of the leaves and made a bouquet.  The foliage is Shepherd’s purse, which seems to have become very popular for bouquets but I always thought were weeds.
