今日の夕食は、久しぶりにスパイシーソーセージとトマトのパスタ。一時期よく作っていたのに、しばらく作っていませんでした。シンガポールのお料理教室で教えていただいたレシピです。シンガポールで使っていたソーセージとは全然違いますが、フェンネル入りのイタリアンソーセージを使いました。スパイシーではないものだったので、チリフレークも加えました。

Today’s dinner was Pasta with Spicy Sausage & Tomato, which we used to have very often in Singapore but had sort of forgotten since we moved.  I learned the recipe at a cooking class in Singapore.  The sausages we used were Italian sausages with fennel, quite different from the sausages we used to use in Singapore.  The sausages weren’t spicy so I added some chilli flakes.
