Stir-Fried Mince Pork With Basil (Thai)

辛いものが食べたくなったので、今日の夕食はタイ料理のガッパオ(ポークミンチのバジル炒め)でした。登場頻度がとても高い1品で、簡単でいつ作っても美味しくて満足感を得られます。外がカリカリで半熟の目玉焼きがまた美味しい。

I wanted to have something spicy so we cooked Stir-fried Mince Pork with Basil (Thai) for dinner today.  We cook this often because it’s easy, delicious and very fullfilling.  The fried egg is delicious, too – crispy outside with a gooey yolk.
