今日の夕食は、オンラインで買ってみた市販の冷凍のアルザスのピザのような「Flambee」とサラダ。ピザと違って溶けるタイプのチーズではなくフォロマージュ・ブランのようなフレッシュチーズを使うようです。今日買ったものには、クレームフレッシュが使われていました。他には玉ねぎとラードン（ベーコンのようなもの）。美味しくいただきましたが、夫は半分（少し大きめの半分）では足りないと言っていました。確かに薄いので、夫なら１枚食べるところだと思います。最初にスープなどいただいてからの方が良かったかもしれません。わたしはこれで丁度良い量でしたが、体調がまだ戻っていないせいかもしれません。

Today’s dinner was “Flambee”, which is something like thin pizza from Alsace.  Unlike pizza it dones’t use cheese that melts, it uses fresh cheese like Fromage Blanc.  The one we bought had Creme Fraiche.  Other than that it had onion and Lardon.  It was good but my husband said a half wasn’t enough, he would have had the whole thing.  It is very thin so he probably needa a whole one, or we should have had soup or something to start with.  For me it was just about the right amount but then I’m still not totally well yet.
