House Salad


With being away on our trip last week we had cancelled our regular supermarket delivery on Wednesday so we’ve been living on what we can find at home. We used various things to make a large salad for supper.  We were talking about making a soup as well but when I looked at the time it was too late to do that so we added cheese on toast with baguette and Comte cheese.  With boiled eggs and potatoes, it was quite substantial.


Tomatoes, cucumber, apple, 2 kinds of salami, onion, lettuce, carrot, grape, boiled egg, yellow pepper.  The dressing was lemon juice, raspberry vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt, pepper, Japanese mayonnaise.
