今日は太陽が顔を出しました！晴れたり曇ったりでしたが、雨が続く合間の晴れなので、先日からようと思っていたお庭仕事がやっとできました。明日はまた雨模様のようですが、その後は数日そこそこ良いお天気になりそうです。天気予報をチェックしてお日様マークが数日続いているとほっとします。

We saw the sun today!!  It was cloudy now and again as well but at least we saw the sun.  We’ve been waiting for good weather for gardening and we could finally do what we’ve been wanting to do.  Looking at the weather forecast, it looks like it’ll rain again tomorrow but after that they expect it to be quite good for the following few days.

今日の夕食は、ちょっと久しぶりなトンカツでした。我が家はいつもヒレカツです。豚ロースは硬くて美味しくないのもありますが、脂の塊が苦手なので柔らかいヒレカツの方が好みです。柔らかく美味しく揚がりました。

Today’s dinner was Tonkatsu, which we hadn’t had for a while.  We always use pork fillet rather than loin, I find pork loin here too tough but I also don’t like lump of pork fat so much so fillet works much better for me.  It came out very tender and yummy.
