Japanese Style Hamburg Steak


I forgot to blog our dinner last night, it was Hamburg steak in a Japanese way with demi-glace sauce.  We had it with carrots (boiled with salt then sautéed in butter) and stem broccoli (boiled with salt then sautéed in olive oil).  My husband had 2 Hamburg steaks and I had one.  They look small because the plates are very large but they are quite a substantial size.
