Soft Tacos


Today’s dinner was Soft Tacos because we had an avocado that we thought would be ripe enough for guacamole.  Usually, you sautee mince beef with spices and use it as one of the fillings but we tend to use left-over Chilli Con Carne.  Today we didn’t have any left-over so we cooked new Chilli Con Carne and used some of it.  We felt you really have to have guacamole in soft tacos, it was delicious.
