今日は、満月が綺麗です！

The full moon is looking beautiful today!

今日はお昼に食べすぎたので、夜はケーキだけ。昨日のフランス菓子教室で焼いたティラミス・ロールケーキを食べました。わたしにしては、きれいに巻けている気がします。そして、もちろん、とても美味しかったです。抹茶のグラスデザートは喜んでもらえたかどうか微妙ですが（小豆はもちろん初めてですが、抹茶もご存知なかったので初めてのようです）、こちらのロールケーキは喜んでいただけているはず。夫も、「いつ焼いてくれてもいいよ！」と言っていましたが、「一緒に焼くなら」と言ったら「簡単？」と聞くので、「はるこさんのレッスンで簡単なのはない。」と言ったら笑っていました。

As we had such a big lunch we had just a slice of the Tiramisu Roulade that I baked at the French Baking Class yesterday.  I think I did quite well with rolling it considering my clumsiness.  It was yummy.  I somehow feel our friends probably won’t enjoy the Matcha glass dessert (they didn’t even know what ‘matcha’ is, so they’d never had matcha flavour before) but I’m quite confident they would enjoy this cake.  My husband told me I could bake it any time so I said I would if he would bake it with me, then he asked if it was easy so I told him none of the cakes I bake at this baking class are ‘easy’.  He didn’t say anything to that.
