今日の夕食は、Hello Fresh の「Roasted Chicken in Red Wine Mushroom Sauce with Garlic Mash and Honey Roasted Carrots」(ローストチキン、赤ワインとマッシュルームのソース、ガーリックマッシュ、蜂蜜風味の人参)でした。
Today’s dinner was “Roasted Chicken in Red Wine Mushroom Sauce with Garlic Mash and Honey Roasted Carrots” from Hello Fresh.
チキンの胸肉は外側をフライパンで焼いてドライハーブをかけてオーブンで火を通し、人参はオーブンでローストして最後の数分蜂蜜をかけて焼き、ポテトはニンニクと一緒に煮た後マッシュ。お野菜が足りなかったのでインゲンを足しました。グレービーは赤ワインとマッシュルーム入り。美味しかったです。
Chicken was browned both sides in a frying pan then cooked through in the oven. Carrots were cooked in the oven with a drizzle of honey in the last few minutes. The potatoes were boiled with garlic cloves and then mashed. We added green beans as we didn’t think there was enough vegetables. The gravy has red wine and mushrooms. It was very enjoyable.
