インド旅行記、これまでで短い記事です。アンバーフォートの後はランチでしたが、途中で人工の湖の中に建つジャルマハル（水の宮殿）の写真を撮りました。18世紀にマハラジャが夏の避暑地として建てさせた宮殿だそうです。 This is the shortest blog post on India Trip. After Amber Fort, we had lunch but on our way we stopped to take some photos of Water Palace. It’s a palace for summer that Maharaja in the 18th Century had built.

Vegetable Curry
今日の夕食は、野菜のカレーでした。日本のカレーとインドのカレーをミックスしたような作り方で作ります。インドで買ったガラムマサラとチキンマサラを使ったので、いつもより香りが良く仕上がったような気がしました。チキンマサラが辛すぎるのではと心配で少量しか入れなかったのですが、余りスパイシーではなかったのでもう少し入れても良かったです。次回は小さじ２くらい入れてみます。 使ったお野菜は、人参、じゃがいも、さつまいも、かぼちゃ、玉ねぎ、ブロッコリー。 Today’s dinner was vegetable curry.
