今日の夕食は、お好み焼きでした。いつものように、一銭焼きを食べてから、ベーコンをのせたお好み焼き。写真を撮るのを忘れたので、以前の写真を再アップ。こんな綺麗なお花はなくてピンクのバンダ蘭を飾っていますが、テーブルクロスや食器はこの時と同じです。美味しかったです！
Today’s dinner was Okonomiyaki. As always, we started with Issenyaki, then had Okonomiyaki with bacon. I forgot to take photos so these are old photos. The flowers are different (we only have pink Vanda orchids) but the table cloth and the dishes are the same.
お好み焼きにも色々あり、各家庭で好みが違いますね。我が家はキャベツたっぷりで生地少なめでふんわり、が好みです。
Okonomiyaki has a few styles and each family has their favourite style. We like Kansai style with lots of cabbage, not so much batter and light rather than heavy texture.
