今日の夕食は、またガスパチョでした。この夏は暑い日が多いので、何度もガスパチョが登場しそうです。暑いと言っても最高気温は２５度で湿度も低いので、昼間はエアコンが必要な暑さではなく割と快適です。 Today’s evening meal was Gazpacho. 金曜日の夕食は、Hello Fresh の「Curried Chicken Thigh Traybake with Cumin Roast Potatoes, Carrots and Green beans（カレー風味のチキンの腿肉のトレーベイク、クミン味のローストポテト、人参、いんげん）」でした。チキンの腿肉にコーマカレーペーストを絡めて塩胡椒してオーブンで焼き、やはりオーブンでローストしたクミンをかけたポテトと人参、そして茹でたいんげんと一緒日マヨネーズにマンゴーチャツネを混ぜたソースを添えていただく、というもの。思っているよりコーマカレーのペーストがしっかり絡んで美味しいです、ご飯が欲しくなる味でした。 Friday’s dinner was “Curried Chicken Thigh Traybake” from Hello Fresh.
