Short Pasta With Beef Goulash & Tomato Sauce
お庭の草抜きも気になっていますが、今日は時間がなくお庭仕事はしないまま。ネイルサロンと美容院の梯子、間にランチ、な１日でした。 I went to my nail salon, had lunch with my husband, then went to have my hair coloured – so no time for gardening although I feel very uneasy not to have done some. 夕食は、ショートパスタ、ソースは冷凍していたビーフのグーラッシュと缶トマトを合わせてチリを足してぴりっとさせました。ショートパスタは黄レンティルで出来たパスタで茹で時間は９分から１０分となっていたので７分くらいでチェックしたら既に柔らかすぎました（涙）。でも、まぁ、ソースは美味しく出来たので（というか、シチューの残りを使うと必ず美味しい）思っていたよりは美味しくいただけました。夫が作ってくれたサラダと。次回はもっと早くからチェックします。 Today’s dinner was short pasta with a sauce I made with leftover Beef Goulash I found in the freezer…

夕方５時半ごろ、ローマから戻って来ました！今日はイギリスのお天気もとても良くて、気持ち良かったです、お天気アプリには１６度とありましたがもっと暖かく感じました。ただ、まだ夕方以降ぐんと冷えて４度とか５度とか一桁台なので、昨日から暖房は入れていましたしましばらく暖房は必要なようです。 We got back home from Rome today around 5:30 pm! アパートメントからゆっくり歩いて25分くらいのところにあるサンジョバンニというところまで歩いてみました。アパートメントがあるところは沢山アパートメントが並んでいる住宅地で、15分ほど歩くとお店やカフェやレストランを沢山見かける大きな通りにでます。その大きな通りを10分ほど歩くとアウレニアヌス城壁が見え、その側にサンジョバンニ大聖堂が見えます。 We went San Giovanni this afternoon.
