今日はお昼頃まで良いお天気でしたが、その後曇って来て一時雨がぱらつき、また良いお天気になるというイギリスらしいお天気でした。 It was nice and sunny until lunch time, but then it got very dark and rained for a short time, then got sunny again – very English. 今日の夕食は、以前夫が作ってくれたミートボールを使って作ったパスタベイクを冷凍していたので、それをオーブンで温め直たものとサラダでした。マカロニをトマト、パプリカ、ズッキーニのソースで和えてミートボールを加え、上からホワイトソースをかけて焼いたものです。美味しくいただきました。そして、デザートにバニラアイスクリームに小さなチェリーをキルシュに漬けたものも。普段はデザートはフレッシュのフルーツが基本ですが、たまにアイスクリームを食べたり、ちょっとした市販のデザートを食べることもあります。（レッスン以外ではほとんどデザートは作りません、甘いものはたまにいただくことにしています。） Today’s dinner was Pasta Bake & Salad. 今日も良いお天気でした、最高気温は２４度くらい。 It was lovely and sunny again, the highest temperature was about 24C. 今日の夕食は、「Caribbean Style Jerk and Pineapple Crispy Chicken with Wedges and Kiwi-Lime Slaw（カリビアン風ジャークとパイナップルのカリカリチキン、ポテト、キウイとライムのコールスロー）」でした。 Today’s dinner was “Caribbean Style Jerk and Pineapple Crispy Chicken with Wedges and Kiwi-Lime Slaw”. チキンはパン粉をつけて揚げ焼き（レシピは外側だけ焼いてオーブンでとありますが、最後まで揚げ焼きにしました）してあるので、チキンカツですね。ソースは、ジャークペーストとパイナップルチャツネを少し煮詰めたものでした。レシピの写真ではパイナップルのぶつ切りが入っていますが、材料にはなかったです。コールスローは、人参とキャベツの太い千切りとロケット、キウイ、ライム汁、オリーブオイル、塩胡椒、お砂糖を混ぜたもの（トマトを足しました）。美味しくいただきました。ただ、これは多分ジャークチキンではないですよね、いつものように Hello Fresh らしくかなりかけ離れている気はしますが、お味は良かったです。 Chicken is breaded and shallow fried (according to the recipe you…

今日も涼しい１日でした、曇り時々晴れ。 It was cool again today, cloudy with occasional sunny spells. 今日の夕食は、M&Sのフレッシュのほうれん草とリコッタチーズのラビオリ。ソースはいつものようにフレッシュのトマトとニンニクで作った簡単ソース。夫はその前に前菜にスモークサーモンも。美味しくいただきました。 Today’s dinner was fresh Ravioli (spinach & ricotta) from M&S.
