今日のディナー。チキンの胸肉をレモン汁 オリーブオイル、にんにく 玉ねぎ麹でマリネして焼いたもの、カリフラワー、雛豆、赤パプリカに塩胡椒、クミン、パプリカ、オリーブオイルをかけてオーブンで焼いたもの、トマト、アボカド、きゅうり、ロケットのサラダ、赤レンティルで出来たお米の形のパスタ、ヨーグルトとマヨネーズとハリッサとレモン汁、塩胡椒を混ぜたソース。デザートに昨日ヴィンサントとお砂糖にマリネしておいた苺。美味しくいただきました。 Today’s dinner. 今日のランチ。パン屋さんで買ったパンネ・ピッツァに昨日のディナーの残りのモロッコ風ミートボールと玉ねぎを挟んだサンドイッチと、やはり昨日の残りのラディッキオとフェンネルとオレンジのサラダ。モロッコ風ミートボールのタジンは、こうして残ったミートボールをサンドイッチにするのがまた楽しみ❤️ Today’s lunch. A sandwich of the leftover Moroccan meatballs with some sliced onion in Panne Pizza with also leftover salad of Radichio, Fennel and Orange Salad. Yummy Fresh Bread From Our Local Bakery
近所の美味しいパン屋さんで買った、パンネ・ピッツェというピッツァの生地で焼いたパンとピッツァ・ビアンカというトッピングのないピッツァ(フォカッチャっぽい形)、そして今日のお茶のお供にクッキーも買ってみました。 We bought some bread and biscuits at a bakery near us. Panne Pizza (bread baked with the same dough as pizza), Pizza Bianca (similar look to focaccia) and a couple of biscuits to have with tea today.
Moroccan Meatballs & Salads
今日はランチの後にジムに行って、戻って少しアイロン掛けをしてからテレビ番組を見ながらお茶、その後しばらくテレビを見てからお友達のお宅でキャッチアップ、という1日でした。 After lunch, we went to the gym, then I did some ironing before we had tea and watched some program on TV. 今日は、午後2時の電車でローマに戻るので、ホテルわたしチェックアウトした後、ホテルのカフェで軽いランチをしました。夫は、ウンデュヤの小さなピッツァ(ピゼッタ)、わたしはチキンカツのサンドイッチ。どちらもとってもお上品な大きさ。美味しかったです！量が少なかったので、デザートにティラミスをシェア。このホテルにはミシュランの星付きのレストランがありますが、行く機会はありませんでした。 We are heading back to Roma today taking a 2:05 pm train. View this post on Instagram 今日のディナーは、「Al Nono Risorto」で。ここもどなたかのブログかサイトでお勧めとされていたところ。 前菜は、ビーフのカルパッチョ、ベニス風ソースをシェア。ベニス風ソースは何かお聞きしたところ、マヨネーズ、レモン汁、塩胡椒のソースとのことでした。わたしはニンニクやハーブを使ったカルパッチョが好きなので、これはあまりにもシンプル過ぎて好みではなかったですが、シンプルが好みな方も多いのでしょうか。メインは、夫はニョッキのラディッキオとゴルゴンゾーラのソース。わたしには塩辛すぎでしたが、夫は美味しいと食べていました。わたしはパパデッレのラグー。ソースは個人的にはもう少しトマトソースが多目が好みですが、がっつりお肉っぽいラグー。パスタはシコシコしていてとても美味しかったです。ただ、量が多くて、半分でギブアップ。デザートは、パンナコッタをシェア。かなり緩いフルフルでわたしは好きな食感でした。パンナコッタっぽくはなかったですが。ソースはカラメルソースっぽいもので、かなり甘かったです。ガス入りのお水とカラフの赤ワインもオーダーしてエスプレッソもオーダーして€80だったので、イギリスに比べて随分お安いですし、ベニスの相場からもお手軽な方だと思います。 For dinner this evening we went to “Al Nano Risorto”..
