Curried Chicken Thigh Traybake (Hello Fresh)
金曜日の夕食は、Hello Fresh の「Curried Chicken Thigh Traybake with Cumin Roast Potatoes, Carrots and Green beans（カレー風味のチキンの腿肉のトレーベイク、クミン味のローストポテト、人参、いんげん）」でした。チキンの腿肉にコーマカレーペーストを絡めて塩胡椒してオーブンで焼き、やはりオーブンでローストしたクミンをかけたポテトと人参、そして茹でたいんげんと一緒日マヨネーズにマンゴーチャツネを混ぜたソースを添えていただく、というもの。思っているよりコーマカレーのペーストがしっかり絡んで美味しいです、ご飯が欲しくなる味でした。 Friday’s dinner was “Curried Chicken Thigh Traybake” from Hello Fresh. Picky Bits Again
引き続き、暑い日でした。出かけたのはジムだけ。お天気予報はコロコロ変わってついこの間の予報では１週間くらいさきには２４度くらいに下がる予報だったのに、今見たらこの先２週間ずっと暑そう（涙）。来週土曜日に２６度と少し下がる予報ですが、その先１週間ずっと２６度か２７度となっています。やれ、やれ。雨も降らないので毎日お庭の水撒きも必要、特にポット。地植えしている植物も枯れてきているものもちょこちょこあり、紫陽花は可哀想なことになっています。自動水撒き装置を入れているのですが、それでは追いつかないみたい。 Hot again, and we only went to the gym. ここ数日、同じようなお天気、最高気温２９度。明日、明後日も同じくらい。日陰に座ってじっとしていればそれほど暑く感じませんが、どこかに出かけて歩くととても暑いのでしばらくどこにも行けず。今日はペットワースの美容院（先日の美容院はカラー、今日はカット）に行ったので帰りに Cowdray Farmshop & Cafe で軽くランチをして少しお買い物もしましたが、美容院やネイルサロンや他の行かなくては行けない用事のためには出かけていますしジムにも行っていますが、それ以外にはこのところお出かけしていません。ラベンダーが綺麗な時期なのでまた見に行きたいのですが、ああいうところは日陰がなくて本当に暑いので行けずにいます。そろそろ、気温、下がって欲しい。 The weather has been more or less the same for the last few days, sunny and 29C, and it looks similar for the next couple of days. 今日も引き続き暑いです、２９度くらいまで上がりました。明日から数日も同じように暑そうですが、予報では３０度を超える暑さではなさそうです。今日はチチェスターの美容院に行きました。チチェスターの美容院に行く時はいつもはチチェスターのカフェなどで軽くランチをしますが、ヒートウェーブで暑く、カフェはクーラーがないので家で食べてから出かけました。少しだけ歩きましたが、気温は３０度くらいあっても湿度が低いので（大体４０％前後）ゆっくりと歩けばそれほど暑くは感じないと思いました、ただ、日差しが本当に強いので肌を出して日差しを浴びるととても暑いです。 It’s continuing to be hot, 29C today and it looks like the same sort of temperature for the next few days but not as hot as going above 30C.
