Home Made Gnocchi With Italian Sausage Ragu
今日は土曜日、ということで夫が夕食を作ってくれる日なのですが、昨日の夜の時点で何を作ると言う話しが出なかったので、これはきっとまたパニクルと思ったので、わたしから提案することに。冷凍庫に早く使ってしまいたいイタリアンソーセージがあったので、それを使ってラグーを作ってもらい、わたしがリコッタを使ったニョッキを作りました。ニョッキはインスタで流れてきたレシピを使ったのですが、使ったリコッタチーズが緩めで、インスタのビデオを見るとかなり硬めのリコッタチーズを使っていたので粉の量が全然違いたくさん粉を足さなくてはいけなかったので、ふんわりというよりもっちり系のニョッキになりました。次回はリコッタチーズの水気をざるなどでしっかり切って使ってみたいと思います。ラグーはとても美味しかったです。 It’s a Saturday today so it’s the day my husband cooks dinner.
