今日は土曜日なので、夫が夕食を作ってくれました。ディリア・スミスのマッシュポテトにリークを加えたバージョンのコテージパイで上からチーズものっています。コテージパイの中身は牛ミンチの他に玉ねぎ、セロリ、にんじんを加えて缶トマトも少量加えたもの。添え野菜は、人参とテンダー・ステム・ブロッコリー。とても美味しかったです！特にカリッとしたチーズが乗ったところがとても美味しい！食後に少しチーズもいただきました。 It’s a Saturday so my husband cooked the dinner – Delia Smith’s Cottage Pie with leeks added to the mashed potato on top.
