Walking In Arundel & Lunch At M&B Cafe

Snowdrops In Welford Park
ということで、今年も Welford Park にスノードロップを見に行って来ました。去年は早めに咲いて行ったときにはピークを過ぎていたようでしたが、今年は多分今がピークだと思います。とても綺麗でした。その名の通り、少し離れたところからは雪が積もっているように見えます。 So, we went to Welford Park to see the snowdrops today. 今日の夕食は、ミネストローネ。旅行中、野菜、果物不足を感じていたのでお野菜がたっぷり摂れるミネストローネにしました。旅行中はご馳走サラダ的なものも食べる機会がなかったのでサラダも考えたのですが、なんせ、寒いんです。最高気温９度、最低気温３度、冬です、冬。旅行中暖かい日が続いたので（というより後半は暑かった）気分的に夏の気分でしたが、ここはまだ冬でした。ちなみに、わたしたちが行ったところがこの時期にあれだけ気温が高いのは珍しいらしく、ヒートウェーブだったようで、来週は寒くなるらしいです。 Today’s dinner was Minestrone Soup. ２週間に１度のお花、今回はグリーンの紫陽花。季節なので紫陽花が良いなと思っていたので嬉しいです。グリーンの紫陽花も大好き。パープルの方は、この後キッチンのアイランドに移動しました。１つ１つが大きいので、見栄えします。 The flower delivery which we have every fortnight brought us green hydrangeas.
