今日のお天気はまぁまぁ、でした。相変わらず寒い毎日ですが、太陽が出るとほっとします。明日は曇るようですが、日曜日からしばらくお天気が良い予報になっています、予報が当たりますように！ The weather was OK today, it’s cold but the sun makes all the difference. It’s forecasted to be cloudy tomorrow but sunny on Sunday then sun with cloud for the following few days, I hope the forecast will be correct this time. 今日は凄く凄く久しぶりにラクレットをしました。多分、5ヶ月ぶりです。夫がチーズフォンデューやラクレットが大好きなので以前は頻繁にどちらかが登場していましたが、このところ乳製品や加工肉は出来るだけ控えるようにしているのでどちらも長くしていませんでした。ラクレットは加工肉（サラミやソーセージ）も一緒に食べるので健康的ではないですが量はそれほど食べませんし、チーズも薄くスライスしたチーズを３、４枚食べるだけでたっぷりのサラダを一緒に食べるので、それほど悪くもないかなと思います。 Tonight’s dinner was Raclette, I think the last time we had…

Thai Inspired Chicken Noodles
今日の夕食は、Hello Fresh の「Thai Inspired Chicken Noodles」（タイ風チキンヌードル）でした。入っているのは、チキン（胸肉）、人参、さやいんげん、にんにく、タイ風レッドカレーペースト、ケチャップ・マニス、お砂糖、チリフレーク、玉子麺。ケチャップ・マニスを４分の１残しましたがそれでも結構甘かったので、お砂糖は必要なかったと思いますが、結構美味しかったです。辛さが物足りなかったので、チリフレークを足しました。次回オーダーしたらお砂糖なしで、最後にピーナッツを砕いたものを足したいと思います。 Today’s dinner was “Thai Inspired Chicken Noodles” from Hello Fresh. Banana Muffin
ちょっと久しぶりに、バナナマフィンを夫と一緒に焼きました。レシピのリンクは以前アップしていますが、あっという間に焼けます。バターが入らずオイルなのでフワッフワ、外はカリッ、とても美味しいです。 My husband and I baked Banana Muffin again. I’ve blogged the link to the recipe before, it’s so easy and quick to bake. As it doesn’t contain any butter, it’s very soft, fluffy and light and outside is crispy, delicious!
Chicken Tikka Masala (With A Kit)
今日の夕食は、夫のリクエストでチキン・ティッカ・マサラでした。常備している無添加のキットを使いました。（キットについては、こちらに書いています。）邪道ですが、ポテトと玉ねぎとグリーンピースも加えました。そして、チキンはソースの１つとヨーグルトでマリネした後、エアーフライヤーで焦げ目がつくまで焼いてからソースに加えましたが、そうすることで少しグリルしたお肉の味が加わって更に美味しくなったと思います。 Today’s dinner was Chicken Tikka Masala on my husband’s request. Celebration！/ Dinner At The Parson’s Table In Arundel / UK Indefinite Leave to Remain
今日は、急遽、アランデルの The Parson’s Table でお祝いディナーをすることになりました。というのは、先日、わたしの英国の無期限滞在許可書（Indefinite Leave to Remain、ILR）が出ました！いやはや、長くて大変な道のりでした。イギリスに引っ越してくる時に申請した配偶者ビザの申請が一番大変で費用も大きく、なんと言っても申請に必要な書類などやビザが下りる、下りないの基準が明確ではなく、何年も結婚生活を送っていても下りない場合があることをいろいろな人のブログなどで読んでいたので心配でたまらない申請でした。その２年6ヶ月後に延長の申請が必要で、そして今回イギリスに住んで５年経って申請できる無期限滞在許可書の申請となりました。その都度の手続き、書類集めも大変でしたし、費用も１４,０００ポンド（２７０万円強）もかかりました。 We had a celebration dinner at The Parson’s Table in Arundel today because my UK “Indefinite Leave to Remain, (ILR)” status has just been issued!! Homemade Gyoza
今日の夕食は、久しぶりの餃子、種はわたしが用意しましたが包むのは夫と一緒に包みました、最近夫も上手に包めるようになって来ました。今日は生姜を切らしていたので冷凍していた新生姜のスライスを細かく切って使ったら（いつもはすりおろして入れます）結構生姜が効いた餃子になったのですが、フレッシュの生姜の味は好きなのでとても美味しかったです。カリカリに上手く焼けました。以前は１人２０個ずつ食べたこともありましたが最近はそれほどには食べられなくなり、今日は１人１４個、良い感じに満腹になりました。１２個ぐらいでも良かったかな。きゅうりとキャベツの中華風の酢の物も箸休めに少し。 Today’s dinner was Gyoza, we hadn’t had them for a while. Quiche Aux Poireaux (Leek Quiche)
今日の夕食は、今日の Ecole Chez Haru の「フランス菓子教室」のレッスンで焼いた「リークのキッシュ」とギリシャ風サラダ（レタス入り）でした。 Today’s dinner was the Leek Quiche that I made at today’s French Baking Class of Ecole Chez Haru, served with Greek Salad (we added salad leaves). リーク、レモンの果汁と皮、フェタチーズ、松の実が入っています。フェタチーズは食べられないほどではないけれど苦手なチーズなのでどうかな、と思っていましたが、量がそれほど多くないからか買っていたフェタがマイルドだったのか、レモンの香りが良いからか全く気にならず、とても美味しかったです。そして、アパレイユの量は多くなくたっぷりリークが入っていますしケースがフィロなので普通のキッシュよりも軽く感じました。サラダに入れたのは、トマト、玉ねぎ、きゅうり、赤パプリカ、オリーブ。ドレッシングはニンニク、レモン汁、蜂蜜、塩胡椒、オレガノ。キッシュにフェタチーズが入っているのでフェタは入れなかったのですが、キッシュのフェタの味はそれほど感じなかったので、夫だけサラダにフェタチーズをトッピングしました。 The quiche has leek, lemon juice and lemon rind, Feta cheese, and pine nuts.
