昨日の夜からの嵐で昨日の夜から雨が降り、今日は風が強くなっていて、明日も引き続き風が強く強い雨が降るそうです。今日はお昼過ぎにジムに行ったのですが、風が強くて、ジムを出たら駐車場に大きな木の枝が落ちていました。この辺りはたくさん木があるので風が強い日はあまり出かけない方が良さそうですよね。

Due to the storm we are having it started to rain last night and the wind was very strong today and it’s expected to have strong wind and heavy rain all day tomorrow.  We went to the gym today after lunch but it was very windy and we found a large branch that had come down in the car park not far from our car.  It’s really the best not to go out when the wind is so strong because this area is full of trees.

今日の夕食は、生ハムとメロンを少しとマークス＆スペンサーのフレッシュラビオリ。ラビオリのソースは、オリーブオイルでニンニクを炒めたところにフレッシュのミニトマトをブレンダーにかけたものと少しだけ残っていた缶トマトの水分を加えて少し煮詰め、最後に少しだけクリームを加えました。美味しかったです。残っていたバナナ入りのプリンもデザートにいただきました。

Today’s dinner was a small portion of  “Melon & Ham”, then fresh ravioli from M&S.  I made the pasta sauce with olive oil, garlic, fresh mini tomatoes and a little left over liquid from a tin of  tomatoes  I did also add a little cream at the end.  It was very good.  We also finished the banana creme caramel.
