今日は、土曜日！なので、夫が夕食の担当でした。作ってくれたのは、ポークチョップを缶詰のラタトゥユで煮込んでポテトを加えたもの。夫が独身時代に週末に良く作っていたというもので、結婚してから何度か（３回くらい？）作ってくれました。最初聞いたときは、「缶詰のラタトゥユ？ちょっと気持ち悪いような。」と思いましたが、案外大丈夫（笑）。今はちゃんとお料理出来るので缶詰にせずに普通に作ってくれても良いと思うのですが、まぁ、懐かしい一品、ということで。 It’s a Saturday today! Lunch At Cowdray Farm Shop Cafe

今日は良いお天気で、２３度まで上がってちょうど良い気温でした。 It was good weather today, the temperature went up to 23C so not cold, not hot, just nice. 今日の夕食は、中近東風のチキン、ライス、サラダ、ローストトマト、ヨーグルトソース。中近東風と言っても実際こう言うお料理があるのかどうかはわかりませんが（笑）、それっぽい感じです。お料理教室（１１月の「Mizue’s Kitchen」）のレシピの中近東風ステーキの回のステーキ、ローストトマト、ヨーグルトソースのレシピを参考にしました。詳しくは、以前、こちらに書いていますが、この時のステーキをチキンに変えて、スパイスなどは少しアレンジし、ライスのニンニクチップスは作らず、家になかったもの（ざくろ）は省略しました。サラダは、我が家で定番のモロッコ風サラダ（モザイクサラダ）。 Today’s dinner was Middle-Eastern style chicken, with salad, roasted tomato, yoghurt sauce and rice. 今日は、良いお天気になりました。でも、相変わらず結構風は強く気温は２０度程度なので、やはり夏の服装では寒いです。最低気温は１３度。 It was quite sunny today but still a bit windy and the highest temperature was only about 20C so it felt chilly in summer clothes.
