今日のランチは、エアフライヤーで焼いたアスパラガスと、やはりエアフライヤーで焼いたズッキーニのスペイン風オムレツ。アスパラガスは金曜日に買ったものがまだあって早く食べなきゃと言うことで焼いたのですが、甘くて美味しかったです。オムレツも来てすぐに卵を買ってまだ使っていなかったので使ってしまおう、とオムレツにしました。ズッキーニもしばらく前に買って早く使わないとと思って合わせたのですが、卵に加える前に少し炒めた方が良かったかも。まぁ、でも、生でも食べられるお野菜なので食感が良くてこれはこれで美味しかったです。 For today’s lunch we roasted some asparagus and also made a sort of Spanish Omelette, both in the air fryer. Cliveden
今日は、バークシャー(ウィンザーがある州、ロンドンから車で1時間くらい)にある Cliveden House というホテルに泊まっています。夫がずっと泊まりたいと思っていたホテルの1つですが、ロンドンや義弟家族の家から近すぎて、いつも行きたいところが沢山あるホームリーブで泊まる機会がありませんでした。有名なマナーハウス・ホテルで、最近ではメーガン妃が挙式前夜にここに宿泊されたことでも話題になりました。16世紀に建てられた建物で、現在はナショナルトラストが管理しています。 We are staying at Cliveden House, which is in Berkshire.
