Lunch With Friends At Fat Olives In Emsworth

Garden Update
今日は寒いけれど良いお天気になりました。午前中に美容院に行って、午後から少し何ヶ月ぶりかに草抜きをしました。まだ数は少ないですが長くしていなかったので結構育っているものが目立って来たので、雨が降らないうちにと１時間弱。長くすると久しぶりなのでまた足腰が痛くなるので、今日は少しだけ。 It’s cold today but is nice and sunny. Chicken Stroganoff
今日の夕食は、チキン・ストロガノフ。YouTubeのこの動画を参考に作りました、ただ、昨日の夜冷凍庫から冷蔵庫にチキンの胸肉を移したつもりが、チキンの腿肉でした、ちゃんとラベルが貼ってあるのに読まなかった（笑）。ということで、腿肉で作りましたが、他は動画のレシピの通りです（濃かったのでミルクを足しました）。が、しかし、出来上がりの色が全然違う（笑）。腿肉なのでしっかり目に焼いたため、クリームを入れる前の色が既にかなり濃い色になっていたので、多分それだと思います。美味しく出来ました。 Today’s dinner was Chicken Stroganoff – here is the youtube video I referred to for the recipe. 今日の夕食は、久しぶりに作ったパスタのイタリアンソーセージとトマトのソース。以前、シンガポールのお料理教室で教えていただいたレシピです。玉ねぎを炒めて、イタリアンソーセージ（サルシッチャ）を加えて炒めて、缶トマトを加えてローズマリーを加えて、今日のソーセージはスパイシーではないので唐辛子も加えましたが、その後しばらく煮るだけ。最後にクリームを加えたり加えなかったりですが、今日は久しぶりに加えました。ソーセージはロンドンから取り寄せたフェンネル入りのイタリアンソーセージ。美味しかったです！ Today’s dinner was pasta with Italian sausage & tomato sauce.
