It’s gone cold!  Until now I was still wearing summery cloth inside the house because it didn’t feel cold during the day even when the temperature outside dropped, but today I had to wear a light long sleeve knit top and also a hoody on top of that!  I even used the little heater I have near my feet just for a few minutes.  The temperature in my craft room hasn’t dropped that much, it was still almost 20C during the day but it felt much colder.  Maybe because of the weather, it was raining from morning until later in the afternoon and was dark all day.  We also noticed how early it gets dark outside, it’s very dark by the time we start cooking dinner now, which makes me feel a bit sad feeling the winter is very close.

今日の夕食は、Hello Fresh の「Turkish Inspired Chicken and Toasted Tomato Bulgur with Roasted Veg, Chives and Yoghurt(トルコ風チキンと炒めたトマト風味のブルグル、ローストしたお野菜、チャイブ、ヨーグルト」でした。

Today’d dinner was “Turkish Inspired Chicken and Toasted Tomato Bulgur with Roasted Veg, Chives and Yoghurt”.  Chicken was browned on both sides then sprinkled with spice mix and cooked through in the oven with red pepper and red onion.  Mini tomatoes were also cooked in the oven wrapped in alminium foil.  The bulgur was stir-fried first in oil before mixed with tomato paste, then cooked in water, chicken stock paste, salt & pepper, then mixed with chives when it’s cooked.  When all is done, the chicken & the vegetables were placed on top of the bulgur and chive and sunflower seeds were sprinkled on top.  It was very enjoyable.
