ちょっと久しぶりに、バナナマフィンを夫と一緒に焼きました。レシピのリンクは以前アップしていますが、あっという間に焼けます。バターが入らずオイルなのでフワッフワ、外はカリッ、とても美味しいです。

My husband and I baked Banana Muffin again.  I’ve blogged the link to the recipe before, it’s so easy and quick to bake.  As it doesn’t contain any butter, it’s very soft, fluffy and light and outside is crispy, delicious!
