次の嵐が来ているそうで、今日も雨模様でした。停電が起きませんように！お天気予報はまた大きく変わっていて、昨日来週後半にたくさんあった太陽マークは、今日はなくなっています。お天気予報の意味。。。
Apparently another storm is here and it was a very wet and dark day today. I hope we won’t get a power cut. The weather forecast has changed dramatically again, all the sun marks I saw at the end of next week when i looked yesterday have now disappeared. I really do wonder if there is any point of weather forecasts here…
昨日の土曜日は外食だったので、土曜日にディナー担当の夫が今日ディナーを作ってくれました。
We went out for dinner yesterday, which was a Saturday, so my husband, who is in charge of dinner on Saturdays, cooked today instead.
先日の「フランス菓子教室」で使ったフィロペイストリーを見て夫が、「そういえば、僕が土曜日にディナー作ることになった最初の土曜日にフィロペイストリーを使ったディナー作ったよね？」とブログを検索して、「チキンとチョリソのフィロ包み」を見つけて今日のディナーに作ってくれました。フィロペイストリーの中身は、チキン、チョリソ、リーク、トマトピューレ、パッサータ（トマトの水煮をミキサーにかけたもの）、ハーブなど。美味しかったです！量が多かったのですが、残りは夫が明日ランチにいただく予定（わたしは外でお友達とランチ）。
When he saw the filo pastry used for the quiche and pastries that I baked on the French Baking Class on Wednesday, he said, “I cooked dinner using filo pastry on the first Saturday when I started cooking on Saturdays in England, didn’t I?” and he looked up in my blog and found “Chicken & Chorizo Filo Pie” and decided to cook it again today. Inside the pie, there is chicken, chorizo, leek, tomato puree, passata, herbs etc. It was very tasty! The portion was big so we left quite a lot but my husband will have it at lunch tomorrow as I’ll be out for lunch with a friend.
