先ほど、無事に旅行先から戻りました。ホテルのWi-Fiが遅過ぎてなかなかブログをアップすることが出来ずに残念でした。確か、夏に泊まったときもそうでした。なので、アップしたはずの写真が全部アップされていなかったこともあり、その後、ポスト出来なかったこともあり、お部屋の写真は重複しますがホテル内の写真をアップしておきます。

We are back home safely.  I wasn’t able to post any more on my blog because the wi-fi at the hotel was so slow, even the one I uploaded didn’t contain all the photos I thought I’d included.  So, here, I’m going to upload them again.

 

 

クリスマス時期には、お部屋のドアに赤いリボンが飾られています。

They put these large ribbons on the doors at Christmas.

 

今回はこれまで泊まったことがない屋根裏部屋のジュニアスィートでした。

This time we were in a junior suite in a loft for the first time.

 

 

猫足のお風呂も。反対側に大きなシャワールームがありました。

There was a bath tub as well as a large walk-in shower room.

 

小さな窓からの景色。この時期は無理ですが、季節が良い時にはここから見えるテラスで景色を眺めながらお茶をいただくのが楽しみなのです。

The view from a little window.  Not this time of year but when the weather is suitable, it’s lovely to have tea the terrace that you can see from this window enjoying the view.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

チェックイン後お部屋で荷解きを済ませた頃に、ドアがノックされて、モルドワイン（ホットワイン）とミニのミンスパイが届けられました。どちらも美味しくいただきました。最近、こういうミニのミンスパイを良く見かけます。

After check-in, we did unpacking, then there was a knock on the door – a member of staff delivering mulled wine and mince pies.  We enjoyed them both.  I often see mini mince pies like these recently.

 

 

そして、この後、４時からワインテイスティングに参加しました。

Then there was a wine tasting session from 4.00pm, which we joined.
