ということで、今年も Welford Park にスノードロップを見に行って来ました。去年は早めに咲いて行ったときにはピークを過ぎていたようでしたが、今年は多分今がピークだと思います。とても綺麗でした。その名の通り、少し離れたところからは雪が積もっているように見えます。

So, we went to Welford Park to see the snowdrops today.  Last year we were a bit late for the peak as they started to flower early, but this year I think it’s their peak now.  As the name suggests, they look like snow from a little way away. ホワイトチョコレートとラズベリーのケーキ。ふわっとしていて、アーモンドパウダーも入っていて美味しかったです。

White chocolate & raspberry cake.  It was soft, moist and with almond powder it was very tasty, too.
