ロックダウンが始まって以来、初めて旅行に来ています。車で3時間のコッツウォルズという地域のブロードウェイの近くの Buckland Manorというホテルに2泊します。ディナーを考えたり洗い物をしなくて良い！(笑)。ホテルの敷地にはお花が一杯で、とっても綺麗。
ちょうど夕方4時のお茶の時間に到着したので、お庭でスコーンとお茶を頂きました。巨大なスコーン！焼き立てでさくさくと軽くて美味しかったです。
For the first time since the lockdown started, we are having a little trip, we’ll be staying at Buckland Manor near Broadway in the Cotswolds. No thinking what to cook for dinner, no cooking, no washing up! The hotel’s grounds look beautiful with a lot of flowers!
We arrived at the hotel around 4.00pm so had tea and scones in the garden. The scones were huge but freshly baked, very light and lovely.
