今日は、イギリスでは「パンケーキ・デー」だったので、お昼にパンケーキ（日本でいうクレープ）を作りました。イギリスでのパンケーキの基本は、レモン汁とグラニュー糖。今日は他にアーモンドプラリネを巻いたり、メープルシロップをかけたりもしました。
It was Pancake Day today so we had pancakes for our lunch. We had one with just lemon juice & granulated sugar, one with almond praline and one with maple syrup.
