今日も、雨、雨、雨。明日から１週間は降らないような予報なのが嬉しい。どこかお天気が良いところにしばらく避難したい気分です。
It rained a lot today again. I hope the forecast is right and we won’t have any rain for the next week. I wish we could escape to somewhere sunny.
今日の夕食は、冷凍庫で見つけた「チキンと野菜のタジン」にクスクスを添えました。YouTubeのこのレシピを参考に作ったもので、作った日のブログには「頻繁に食べたいという味ではないですが、美味しくいただきました。」と書いているのですが、今日は、とっても美味しくて、またすぐ作ろう、と思いました（笑）。冷凍されている間に味がこなれたのかもしれません、シチュー系は冷凍している間に美味しくなる気がします。
I found “Moroccan Chicken & Vegetable Tagine” in the freezer, so we had it with some couscous. The recipe is this one on youtube, it was delicious and I thought we must cook it again! On the day we cooked this, I wrote “It’s not a type of food we want to eat often but it was enjoyable. ” in my blog. I presume it improved in the freezer, stewed type of food often seems to.
